Toy Hauler & Storage

The rear toy ramp makes it easy to load and unload smaller toys like quads, dirt bikes, and side-by-sides (rhinos). The garage area doubles as living space, offering flexibility whether you’re hauling gear or gathering together at the end of the day.

Master Bedroom

After a long day of riding, relax in the master suite on an upgraded 9-inch memory foam queen mattress. A convenient hanging closet keeps your essentials organized and ready for the next morning’s adventure.

Bathroom

Stay fresh even while boondocking. The main bathroom features a corner shower, toilet, and vanity, offering both convenience and privacy with room to move around.

Kitchen

Fuel your adventure with home-style cooking. The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Durable hardtop countertops
• Full range stove & oven
• Full-size microwave
• Propane/electric fridge and freezer

It comes stocked with the essentials — pots, pans, utensils, cutting board and knives, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, bottle opener, and more. A K-Cup coffee maker with coffee pods ensures your mornings start right, no matter how remote your campsite.

Living & Dining Spaces

• Main living area: Reclining chair with a side table, perfect for unwinding after the trails.
• Rear living room: Drop-down sofas form a 4-seat dining area with table, or fold away to create extra room for toys or sleeping.

Sleeping Options

• Rear Queen Bed: Drops from the ceiling with ladder access and an upgraded memory foam mattress (300 lb. combined weight limit). Ideal for teens, small adults, or single sleepers.
• Convertible space: With sofas lifted, the garage area easily accommodates a queen air mattress for extra guests.

On board generator use is charged at a rate of $5.99 per hour added to the onboard usage clock, fuel is included in this fee.

Booking Requirements

• Minimum Stay: 3 nights (4 nights on major holidays: Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s).
• Shorter Stays: We understand not every getaway fits into a three- or four-night stay. If your plans are shorter, we’re happy to accommodate when possible — simply by covering the standard minimum. That way, you still enjoy the full comfort and convenience of a turnkey RV experience, even on a tighter schedule.

Clean & Ready for Your Trip

Every RV is thoroughly cleaned, stocked, and prepared so you can relax the moment you arrive. A one-time prep and restocking fee covers cleaning, sanitizing, and fresh supplies.

Pet-Friendly

Traveling with dogs? With breed approval, up to two dogs are welcome for $29.99 per dog. Renters are responsible for any additional cleaning or repair costs due to pets.

Delivery or Self-Towing Options

• Delivery & Setup: We can deliver, set up, and remove the RV at your chosen location.
• Self-Towing: If you prefer to hit the road yourself, self-towing is available with an additional insurance addendum.

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking unit. Any smoking inside the RV may result in forfeiture of your security deposit to cover odor removal and cleaning.
